Individual Psychotherapy


My goal is to help each individual attain a more complete self-understanding and heal from past trauma, which leads to meaningful and lasting change.  I help people develop skills for improving relationships and communication, find new ways to cope with depression, stress, and anxiety, and create healthier and more adaptive patterns.

Family Therapy and Dyadic Child Therapy

.  Family Therapy and dyadic child therapy can be necessary to develop better communication skills, resolve conflict and create more flexible boundaries between loved ones.  Most families seek therapy because of an adverse event or a crisis such as a significant loss or divorce, behavior or school challenges or constant arguing.  Children and their caregivers need support and solutions in order to thrive.  Attachment and family therapy can strengthen family bonds by resolving old patterns of interacting and creating space for healthy rewarding connections. 

Couples Therapy

 Most couples struggle at some point in their relationship and benefit from additional support. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples to deepen connection and safety in a partnership for a more satisfying and secure  union. I work with each of you to improve  communication and break negative patterns, enabling each person to get his or her needs meet.

Trauma & PTSD

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. 



Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
